Even though it was a busy time of the year and my wife and I donā€™t have children, there were areas of the pool that offered privacy. We had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We felt like we got VIP treatment everywhere. The food at Wilson restaurant in house was delicious.

My wife and I loved the staff from every team especially at the pool, the waitress Lisa was exceptional also managing team had a small situation and they went over and above to accommodate also, the food at the Wilson was exceptional, but definitely recommend anyone staying here was only booked for three days and decided to extend my stay for an additional three days

No frills

Hotel is older, but remodeled, clean & quiet. Pool is NOT heated, but there is a small hot tub that can accommodate 8 without feeling crowded. Nothing can be signed to room so you have to carry card/cash. Spa is NOT on property, but rather 5 minute drive away. Complimentary drinks with booking are only 4-5 pm so we missed that. It was fine for a quick stay and about 1/2 the price of some others, but definitely not what was expected.

This place is extremely overpriced for what youā€™re actually getting. Made a last minute booking to this hotel for me and my husband and would not stay here again. The only positives are that itā€™s relatively clean and in a great area. Other than that this hotel is very dated, there are broken fixtures in the hallways and in the rooms like in the tiling of the bathroom, mirrors basically hanging off screws, kind of creepy rooms because they are so bare and the hallways too. They donā€™t even give you a little bar soap or toothpaste in the room which is pretty standard and I think for $330 for ONE night that should at least be included. Customer service was lacking too, front desk staff was not rude but they were clearly uninterested in assisting us checking in. Parking is fine. Theres a little vending machine available for basic toiletries that doesnā€™t even work (we tried to get toothpaste which they were charging $19 for). Again, this is an average hotel at best but the price point is unacceptable for what youā€™re actually getting.
