Staff was rude and unattentive. The hotel was filthy. Offered breakfast but all they had was 2 cereals and no milk. The floors made our feet black. Our first room only had dangerous hot water had to be moved and the second the TV didn't work. We felt stressed and trapped away from home 8 hrs and no other options.

I had a leaking bathtub and the toilet ran all night. The bathroom was was dirty that i actually had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean the bathroom before I could even shower

Our room was infested with roaches. We saw at least four roaches in different areas of the bedroom. I even took a video of it and showed it to the person in the lobby. We were only there for 10 hours. Breakfast. All they had was bread that was out in a plastic bin, two small cartridges of milk, and cereal that was left out in a plastic container. The coffee was good though that I have to say. When I complain about the roaches, they didn't even offer to give us a complimentary stay or at least a discount. The place has potential, but it has poor administration, the place needs lots of maintenance. The beds mattresses were very old. The type that has springs, you can tell they were very old, because all three of us were aching in the morning. The maintenance in the rooms was poor. The TV was full of dust and most of all the blinds on the windows were broken and people can look in our room. The swimming pool area is beautiful. Very nice but we never got to go in the water. In the lobby area look nice. Overall, for the price that they're charging it's not worth the stay.

To start the hotel said they did not have my reservation. The staff are very nice but the place needs work lots of it. The room was clean but the property was a mess. No ice machine working, breakfast was a joke. The band in the bar made the walls shake till well into the morning. I would never stay there again. We would have left but my husband was not felling well at the time to try and find another place.

The room was disgusting. When we opened the door, the smell of weed was overpowering. The bottom of the tub was almost black. The microwave looked like it had never been cleaned. It was dirty & rusted. There were roaches in the fridge. The sofa bed had huge black spots all over. The linens did appear to be clean, but literally everything else in the room was filthy. The baseboards & doors had dirt caked on them. We canceled our 2nd night because there was no way we could stay there another night. My daughter's room was just as bad. The blinds were open on several unoccupied rooms & they didn't look any better. I definitely would not recommend to anyone. One of the elevators was out of order.

The front desk staff was inviting and professional. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were soft. However, several amenities were missing. The elevator was not working, the side entrance door was malfunctioning, and the tub faucet dripped continuously throughout both nights of my stay—even after I reported it following the first night. Additionally, the room was not clean, and I was informed after noticing the issue that I needed to request housekeeping in advance. Overall, the stay was acceptable for a quick trip, but based on these issues, I would not recommend this property.

First of all, the room was so gross, there was mold in the bathroom, the baseboards were caked with god knows what, there was an unknown substance splattered on the wall that who knows how long it has been there. We didn’t get clean towels for 2 days and we had to call them to bring clean towels. When we called the front counter they sounded annoyed with us and told us that it was just because house keeping was still cleaning.. but how can it be because housekeeping wasn’t done cleaning when it had been 2 days before we got clean towels. When they finally did come with towels they asked for our garbage can and took the garbage but tossed a new bag ON TOP the bin not in the bin. Second of all, the laundry room was labeled as being broken, the main elevator was broken, and the door to get into the main lobby was broken so we had to walk all the way around the building to get to the lobby. And Lastly, there are cockroaches in the rooms and when we went to tell the front desk, the person said “I don’t care”. I was appalled. If we ever go back to Orlando I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.
