I felt that I / Family could not enjoy the experience/vacation because of the racoons.The property is limited to what you can do because it is a safety issue. It was reported daily and was informed it was Florida. Staff can't clean properly because they are been chase by racoons. I was informed that corporate and the developer is aware.

We loved this place! Staff were amazing! Having a kitchen was great. We saved money by making breakfast every day. I loved having a washer and dryer. Restaurants and Disney Parks were close by. It was easy to get to Universal Studios. We will definitely stay here again!
