Adorable One Bedroom One Bathroom With Easy Access To The Beach!

Please be aware that Hurricane Helene 2024 left some scars. Both of our units are upstairs and were spared, with no damage at all. However, there was flood damage to the downstairs units. They are now fully mold remediated (even the upstairs was treated as an extra precaution). The whole courtyard, the pool, washers, dryers all have been replaced. The downstairs units will be eventually restored, doors, drywall, furniture etc. It is insurance related and of course manpower related. Just permitting will take at least 2 months from now. If we know more, we will post it. The company we work with will reduce the impact to a minimum, but we simply cannot exclude possible build activity 100%.
A touch of New Orleans at the Gulf of Mexico! The Royal Orleans is a quaint, comfortable condo complex across the street from the white sands of the Gulf. The Royal Orleans has a year-round heated pool, free WiFi, on site coin laundry and is just steps away from public beach access!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was in a great location, just a short and easy walk to the beach, and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. Loved the large separate bedroom with lots of storage, ceiling fan, and central a/c. Stayed in many units and this one is one of the best. Recommend providing beach umbrella and beach cart/wagon. We had an awesome weekend! The pool and common areas were open for business! Adorable unit and Sooooo clean! Short walk to the beach. Had a blast celebrating birthday with friends. I can imagine it is amazing once reparations are completed from our storms. Would definitely stay with you again!
