The room floor is so dirty the mattress is not comfortable the toilet is old and slow to flush. We went there for a day rest but we woke up with everyone complaining they didn’t get a good sleep because of the mattress.

I found roaches in my room and asked to move rooms. I was discreet, but the room cleanliness may have been a factor. It seemed stagnant, and not dusted at all. The bathroom wasn't horrible, but could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Would not stay here again

Let me start with the staff was kind. I had a very early flight and picked the hotel for the proximity to the airport. I guess I should have called because the shuttle doesn’t run until 7am. I asked about the ice water in the lobby for the morning and they said yes it would be available, but that wasn’t either. My room was nice—a bit outdated and not the cleanest. The duvet cover had a stain and there were stains around the toilet. When I woke up there was guy

Late check-in was not a problem. Room clean, beds comfortable, bath decorated nicely with soap and lotion accessories. Large breakfast buffet with many choices. Only negative was the airport shuttle was not available.
