There is no cable but there are two large flatscreen smart TV's (one in Living room & One in bedroom) that have all the main streaming services available.

One parking spot per unit, but there is free street parking available as well as a free public lot nearby for extra vehicles

This unit shares a wall with an office building on site that is used typically M-F 8am-5pm but does not have any shared space except for parking areas and exterior walk-ways.

Laundry facility is on site and available for 5 day + stays upon request and is used by housekeeping crew & may be used by other guests. Use at your own risk.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
