Step onto the private furnished balcony and enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and the white-sand shores of Indian Rocks Beach. Accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom, the balcony provides plenty of seating for sipping morning coffee, enjoying refreshing beach breezes, and watching magnificent Gulf Coast sunsets.

Inside, the spacious living and dining area features comfortable furnishings, coastal decor, a flat-screen cable television, and sliding glass doors that showcase the beachfront setting. The open layout creates a welcoming gathering place for sharing meals or relaxing after a day at the beach or pool. The full size kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher, along with cookware, dishes, utensils, and other everyday dining essentials. Prepare breakfast before heading to the beach, pack snacks for an afternoon beside the shore, or enjoy a relaxed dinner together at the condo.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen cable television, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single sink vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes two double beds and a flat-screen cable television. The guest bathroom offers a single-sink vanity and shower and tub combination.

Hamilton House is an intimate beachfront community featuring a heated Gulf front swimming pool, sundeck, charcoal grilling area, secure entrance, interior elevator, stairs, pool restrooms, and an outdoor shower. Two assigned parking spaces are provided, one covered space underneath the building and one space in the open lot. A maximum of two parking passes will be issued at check-in.

Located in Indian Rocks Beach, Hamilton House places guests near Gulf Boulevard restaurants, local shops, watersports, and family friendly attractions. Clearwater Beach and the neighboring coastal communities of Belleair Beach, Indian Shores, and North Redington Beach are also within easy reach.

Overall it’s a great Condo to stay in and would for sure stay there again. The one issue we had with the shower was worked on and the staff kept us in the loop with the updates and completely fixed the problem. Thank you for your attentiveness to your guests!

Perfect Location

Excellent view of ocean. Passing dauphins were a delight. Walking distance to 3 or 4 good restaurants. Private parking and the beach is spotless. The condo is well maintained, clean and modern. Hopefully we are back in the not too distant future.

Amazing holiday

Love the location of this property and the view from the balcony is amazing. It's not a busy resort, there are a handful of restaurants and shops nearby. It's a great base for exploring the area. The condo is exactly as the images and has everything you need. The owners have board games and some beach chairs etc you can use along with 2g & 5g internet. We will book again, can’t wait until next time
