The fan blew cold air in my room all night long. I went to the front desk at 2 am and asked for help. The fan could not be turned off by the thermostat or the heat/air system. I left a written message for the manager and did not receive a call back. It was handy for flying out of the airport. The kitchen was very good.

My water was cold, my fridge did not work. WiFi wouldn’t work. I was switched rooms and still faced all the same issues and I was downgraded rooms and was not compensated for what I paid for the king room to down grade to the other room
