The sheets were so scratchy that we went to Target and bought a set for our stay. Multiple times I requested housekeeping to clean room and front desk for wake up calls and rarely were they done. The hotel outside property and the restaurant are lovely- but that’s the only good part, sadly. I am a diamond Hilton member and this was the worst. When we checked in the system was ‘down’ and a staff member had to take us to the room. We were on ‘room arrest’ essentially because of the key problem. The fixtures, desks, bathroom are greatly in need of repairs and updating. Our fridge was so cold that it froze our soft drinks. When Engineering came up, he rearranged the sodas and left. Terrible. I repeatedly asked the front desk to credit my credit card upon check out- still not done $375.00

While this hotel is not near downtown, it is a beautiful property with water and boardwalks, where I saw numerous colorful birds. Parking is in an open lot which made it easy. Food on site was quite good. There are businesses within walking such as Panera. And there is a Starbucks in the hotel. My stay was during a youth hockey tournament, so the floor was quite noisy every night but otherwise a pleasant stay.

They have vegetarian options in the hot breakfast which was nice. Only complaint I had is about a charge on a water bottle in the room and you have to pay for the parking. The mattress was little bit soft, but not bad.

The hotel room was very pretty ! The hotel itself was also extremely nice. And the grounds surrounding the property has a nature area and beautiful walking paths. A conveniently located hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and the Resturant was great too. Will definitely return !
