There is no lack of amazing things to do around the home, but if you want to be close to the St. Pete Beach, you are only 2.5 miles away and 6.5 miles to downtown St. Pete where night life entertainment abounds. Visit the finest restaurants, museums, theater, boating and beaches in this paradise Florida community. In addition to the award-winning white sand beaches, this famous Florida destination offers opportunities to get familiar with the Gulf of Mexico, many fishing and boat tours are available.

Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz counters and completely stocked with cookware, and silverware, blender, coffee maker, toaster, electric griddle, pots and pans, glassware, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. Laundry room: washer, dryer and utility sink. Large screened-in porch with dining table for 6 plus A-frame wooden picnic table with umbrella for outdoor dining. Outdoor grill with bbq tent. Fire pit that seats 6, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the family time. Circular driveway that fits up to 3 automobiles plus a carport. Plenty of games to enjoy with the family such as: pool table, foosball, deluxe poker, dominoes table, cornhole set, board games and more. Pets are not allowed.

Our neighborhood is safe and friendly. Easy walk to the shopping center with a CVS, Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants and much more.

You can take a 35-minute drive and visit Winter and Hope - the stars of Dolphin Tale and Dolphin Tale 2 at Clearwater Marine Aquarium.

St. Petersburg/Clearwater International Airport and Tampa International Airport are equally convenient - just a 20-30 minute drive. Tampa Busch Gardens, Lowery Park Zoo and Florida Aquarium are only a 45 minute drive. Easy 90-minute drive to Disney World, MGM Studios, Universal Studio theme parks.
