You’re only a hop, skip and jump away from the stunning teal waters of the Gulf of Mexico and many picturesque viewpoints. Enjoy a home away from home with plenty of sun and sand at your fingertips. This spacious condo features a beautifully remodeled and fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances, a granite breakfast bar and bar stools for extra seating. It opens up to the dining area with a large table seating 6 people comfortably. There are two glass sliding doors opening up to the double-wide balcony furnished with two reclining lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs and a patio table with 4 chairs. One of the sliding doors connects the living area, the other one the kitchen/dining area to the large balcony. Perfect to soak in the sun and enjoy meals close to the water’s edge. The living room features comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV and a nice fire place. The main bedroom features a king size bed, a flat screen TV and and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom comes with a queen size bed and another flat screen TV. The main bath has a step-in shower, the 2nd bath has a tub/shower combo. There's a full size washer/dryer inside the condo, free WiFi and assigned covered parking for two cars. Please note: There is not an elevator at this property.
