Our room faced both the beach and the marina. The only downside was you cannot see the sunset from the rooftop grill like they claim. The inside of the curtain was pretty gross and highly visible when coming in from the balcony. We contacted the front desk and they said they would be changing it out.

We arrived in the dark there were no signs we drove around eventually found the parking garage Again, there were no signs that were really evident. There was a poor one that said check in with an arrow, but it didn’t say where the parking lot garage was essentially empty. We ended up leaving because it wasn’t welcoming at all.

Booked through Expedia and was given a total price for our stay. At check in we were charged $160 amenities fee. A complete surprise. We needed to extend our check out by 3 1/2 hours. We were charged an extra $50 . The floor we were assigned to during our stay had almost all the rooms except ours being taken apart and deep cleaned. We were not sure why. There was equipment everywhere that we had to step over. Based on all the issues thet we had to deal with you would have thought the hotel would have a least given us a break on the extra 3 1/2 hours late check out and the $40 a day amenities fee. This was our 3rd stay and Pier 60 Hotel. We will not be staying there again.

The king corner suite was super clean, spacious, and had lovely views of the beach, as well as the balcony overlooking the marina. Walking distance to the beach, places to eat, and shops. Parking was very convenient. Enjoyed the rooftop bar/ restaurant with sunset views. Staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

Our room was much bigger and had many more windows overlooking the water than we’d expected so we were thrilled. We enjoyed the sunset on the roof both nights. The room was very clean. Staff was extra lovely. Parking was easy. The Black Friday special rate was excellent. We loved our stay!! Thank you!

The room was fine. Pillows are huge. Toilet was very low. checkin there is no sign on building with hotel name.. First breakfast was very good second morning no protein except gravy offered.. there is no lobby to drive up to. To drop off your luggage. Narrow straight parking spots. Do. Not. Expect a straight. The staff wasn't very friendly upon arrival. She gave us a room without a balcony despite booking a room with one. We returned to the front desk to inform her and I showed her my reservation but she replied that I had booked through a 3rd party and they don't always match up. Get this, there was hardly any other guests in the entire hotel so the question is "why would she even do that?". She agreed to give us a different room and it was wonderful. It was spacious and had a nice kitchenette. The beds were comfortable with 4 soft pillows each. The breakfast each morning was simple but really pretty good. It's a super convenient location and just a short walk to the beach. The other staff that we encountered were very friendly. We would stay here again.

Great location- was the main reason I chose this hotel. Friendly staff during check in although several families / guest were checking in at the same time. Free breakfast was just enough to get our morning started. We ate dinner at the roof top restaurant, decent choices and fair pricing.

most of this hotel is no longer beach front,due to new hotels being built in front of it and behind the breakfast was very basic and beware you will be charged resort fees and tourist fees on top of your stay
