The staff was nice, but the hotel had some weird thing happening with moisture. When we woke up everything was soaked and the ceiling was dripping. Not enough to be a leak (from what I could tell) but enough to have drips showing across the ceiling. Every surface was moist. Very odd. The door was also a bit sketchy, but it did lock. The towels were not white (although they seemed like they were supposed to be), and seemed to be stained to a yellow color. Other than that it was clean and I loved the view! Great little spot.

The day we arrived, there were worms on the sheer curtains in both the bedroom and living area. There was a huge hole in the concrete out on the balcony and we deemed it unsafe to sit out there for fear of falling concrete.

For the price that I paid. It was horrible. The room was dated. The room needed to be updated, and bathroom gutted. there was pink mildew around the tub faucet . The bathroom sink was dirty around the faucet and drain.( I have pics.) A/c units drained across the front porches of the walkways... My stay felt like a one star hotel stay...

The Sirata Beach Resort is a staple in the St. Pete Beach area. We don't live to far away and stay here when we can. Always a clean room and direct access to the beach. Food is good, and you have plenty of choices for other restaurants that are close by. The staff was friendly, and check-in was easy.

Overall it was nice but i did a package deal not knowing there would still be alot of fees and charges. They charge 25.00 a day for parking and half the time there was parking except for at another building not close to our building. Also there doing construction from early in the morning until later in the evening. Staff was not the friendliest. I probably would not stay here again

It felt like being surrounded by friends even though it was our first time there. And the food… chef’s kiss! 👨‍🍳 Every bite was packed with flavor—fresh, perfectly seasoned, and honestly way better than I expected for a beach resort. Whether you’re there for a quick lunch or a laid-back dinner with a drink in hand, they’ve got you covered. Truly a memorable experience and a place I’ll be coming back to again and again. We enjoyed our stay in building 4. There were a few glitches with a door lock but otherwise the room was clean and spacious with excellent air conditioning. The location is perfect, within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The beach is beautiful with great services (chairs, umbrellas, activities). Besides the beautiful location a highlight of the property was the excellent service throughout the resort, from check-in to housekeeping, basically all staff we interacted with. In particular I want to call out Mehmet and Lina at Harry’s beach bar who were kind, friendly and so attentive. We also chatted with the head of security who filled us in on the changes coming. Building 4 won’t be part of the new complex. I truly hope some of the “old Florida charm” and low key budget friendly atmosphere of the Sirata will continue with the new ownership. St Pete Beach is one of my favorite places. The Sirata is a great place to enjoy it from.
