Did not enjoy or appreciate the parking fee, to say the least. Also, the additional resort fee of $125 was unexpected and not advertised. We paid around $1k for 2 nights at your beachfront hotel and we then had to pay for parking and beach amenities . Will not be returning or recommending due to these additional expenses

During check in there were a few people waiting around the lobby clearly very upset and complaining about room keys not working not finding rooms issues with rooms and one was not given the proper room booked. The check in line took forever front desk staff and manager seemed inconvenienced and annoyed to help. When finally checked in walking to our room cleaning service stopped us asking what room we were . Told us we shouldn’t of been checked in that room needs matinece not ready standing in the hall waiting with all our luggage no one had the answer had to go back down to lobby waited a long time was told manager wasn’t available finally manager came and got us a different room. The room smelled of mold and mildew the whole time had to leave the door open. The basement area they had some activities in or that you walk through a commons area also a very strong smell of mold . Was very displeased with the price of the stay for the quality of room and service received. To top it off got a very large unexpected bill for resort fees parking and taxes totaling up to almost 500$ for 5 days with a $1000 hold on my card they could not seem to explain. Very unhappy !

The property was clean with so many activities for kids everyone. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddleboards, pedal boats, the hammocks, and restaurants. The staff was so friendly!

Very nice! Rooms were clean & spacious. Beach & pools were great. Nice bars & restaurants within the resort. Staff was friendly & helpful. The resort is enormous, it handles a lot of people but never felt busy or chaotic.

We had a bad experience at a hotel the night before, and switched over to this hotel, where we were VERY pleased. The property was nice, and the beach access was incredible. The views from our room were incredible too.
