Parking is $12 a night plus tax. When I book the room, it was supposed to be included with the stay and when I arrived, I was informed that that’s not the case and I would have to pay what came out to $14 and change per night and that the parking lot is patrolled every two hours.

This was an amazing stay. From the people at the front desk, to the people maintaining the beautiful common areas to the cleanliness and spaciousness of our suite, it was a 10+. We also had a simply stare at the breakfast options. Have you EVER had a free breakfast where they made an omelet especially for you? AND had a social hour with snacks and a complimentary cocktail? If not, then give this place a try and you'll make it home for your travel.

Our room was terrible. My family and I were up all night due to a high pitched beep. Went down the front desk and were advised there was no maintenance on duty but we could change rooms. Unfortunately, that wasn’t an option bc we have small children and it was 4 in the morning. The maintenance man came banging on the door at 8am and fixed the already known source of the problem. The water in the shower never stopped running. Housekeeping banged on the door 3 times in a row and was shocked when she received a not friendly answer. Just a terrible experience. I would never return nor recommend. The only kind thing I will say is the bar and breakfast staff were amazing. Also, it is conveniently located by grocery stores and a few family restaurants.

The service was excellent and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and served with a smile. The staff was accommodating when we needed a place to meet. The elevators were quick, and the room was clean. The walking paths to the west of the hotel were great for a morning walk. I would stay here again.

We went there for a relaxing pool vacation and was not informed when booking or upon check-in that the pool was under construction. When speaking with the front desk…which I think may have been the manager…her was response was that’s unfortunate!!!
