TV/satellite kept loosing signal, mirrors were so dirty you couldn't see yourself. Room had almost no TP. Sheets were stained. Door to room didn't fit, was nearly a 1" gap above the floor where anyone could see in.

Our stay was for three nights. For the price, the room was fantastic. It was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfy. The front desk staff and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. The first-floor ice maker was out of order, and they were very quick to get it working again. I found it odd that for the complementary breakfast, all that was provided were sausage patties, breads and waffles, with no butter or cream cheese for waffles, bread or bagles. One sickly orange was the only fruit. That was the first morning. Second morning, eggs were provided, along with the sausage and waffles. Yes, the breakfast is complementary, but when serving bread and waffles, most people prefer more options thatnpeanut butter and jelly. People with children were especially frustrated. The pool on Sunday was clean, but the deck area was full of trash from the previous evening. I have only one more suggestion. I forgot my hairdryer, but wasn't concerned because it's been decades since I've stayed in a hotel that didn't provide hairdryers. The front desk located one for me. After using it, I returned it, and it couldn't be found the next time I needed it. Perhaps a couple of blow dryers could be purchased and the guest could leave an ID when borrowing it. The most important thing for me is that it was a clean room. At the price point we paid, I was concerned. And again, I would like to compliment the staff. Thanks!

I stayed at this hotel and appreciated that they offered a free continental breakfast. However, when I went down early in the morning, the breakfast area was not well stocked, and several items had already run out or never even had. It was disappointing to see such limited options so early in the day. A little more attention to keeping the breakfast supplied would make the experience much better.

Bad service and poor breakfast

Phone not working, hair dryer not working. No soap. Front desk not attentive in addressing the issue esp the lady. Not much on breakfast, no refills .Just bread n muffin on Tuesday cos no delivery on labor day. So we went to stay at another hotel on Tuesday night n Wednesday night
