Property is okay. In our room, the toilet was not stuck to the floor or wall correctly and keep moving everytime we sat on it making a loud noise. The breakfast was ok, waffles are pre-made and very sweet. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly.

Excellent Hotel & Staff

I am a small business owner and travel to and thru Tampa often with my husband and sometimes employees. This hotel is our by far favorite . Omar at the front desk is awesome and always professional. A couple of weeks ago, I was on a time crunch and needed to get an Important document to a courier. Omar kindly printed the document for me to ensure there was no issue. They were expecting new toner for the customer printer and a guest had informed them lines were showing on some of the printed items. I truly appreciated his support with our urgent need. The front desk staff always welcomes us with a smile on their face. The breakfast attendant & housekeeping department seem so happy every time we see them. I highly recommend Springhill Suites Tampa / Brandon - Falkenburg Rd. Tell them Ms. Kim said hello - LMBL
