The staff were friendly on arrival. However, I was disappointed that the room had a strong and unbearable unpleasant curry smell. I reported this to the staff, who wiped down the surfaces with a scented disinfectant spray, but the smell remained dominant even after keeping the windows open all night. It was unpleasant and made working and taking calls quite irritating. However, the hotel is very close to the station and town, alternative seating options such as coffee shops. Standard room layout with basic amnesties, however the microcar smelt like chlorine and kitchen hood also had a strong curry odour.

It’s a good set up to stay there with amenities and comfortable bed, but not when people are maybe long stay guests, as the corridors smell of all different foods being cooked and through vents you get the aroma of cooking and can hear the conversations and music/tv from people above.
