Property not to bad, could do with updating beds etc,also transfers to airport and back are shocking and i mean shocking, i wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here if they are relying on airport transportation 😡😡😡

Disappointing "Never Again" experience

Pros: Very Little.
Cons: The rooms need renovation and upgrading rather urgently and service from venue staff was poor.
Really tired looking, dimly lit and pokey room on the 3rd floor. Bed slides around frame. Bathroom was disgusting: dirty taps, stained bathtub and mold from damp all over the ceiling. Took pictures to send to the BW chain. Would not recommend unless you don't care where you kip for a one night stay. I heard the same from other colleagues who stayed here, also on the third floor. The party venue had horrible service, indifferent staff and burned food. Never again.

A reasonable standard hotel in a good location near to public transport (metro and Buses). I have stayed at this hotel before in a room that was tiny and uncomfortable, but this time the room was spacious. Very poor internet unfortunately, but apart from that a good experience.
