The woman who checked us in on Saturday evening was one of the most professional and welcoming front of house staff I have ever encountered. I wish all staff in hospitality could be as efficient as she was - she ordered a taxi for me, and personally came up to tell me when it was booked and to give me additional taxi numbers, as well as helpful information about local tourist points, and about the breakfast the next morning. Thank you so much!

Our room was great, lovely bed!! The courtyard is a great place to relax and the high street being out the front means you’re in the doorstep to a variety of pubs, restaurants and shops

Good hotel in central location

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff and despite it being in town it was quiet.

Cons: The hotel bar

Location: Central location with ample pubs and eateries

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. It is a comfortable hotel close to all amenities. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Parking is also available to the rear.
