Two night stay

The hotel is beautiful and very clean, the bar food is lovely and bar staff are very helpful. However the hotel is right next to the motorway and a very busy road, so if you have the windows open you can not hear the TV let alone sleep. The air con was not working therefore two very uncomfortable nights. I was offered a fan after speaking to staff but not what I would expect from this hotel group. No offer of a change of room etc... When mentioned to the staff about the above, he was totally uninterested. Would not stay there again.
