Thank you for your comments. I'm very surprised about the room being too hot being too hot. All rooms have radiator thermostats which can be easily controlled which can be easily controlled or turned off or turned off. There instructions in the room brochure. Also staff are available to help. I am sorry about the noise from other guest but very few will be leaving or coming in through the middle of the night. Again staff are available via the contact number if the noise was persistent. Any hotel can get guests who do not respect the privacy of others. We do send an email asking if you need any meals - as these are prepared on the day- as we are not a general restaurant. Also most of our rooms have self catering facilities so meals can not only be cooked but take aways etc can be ordered in. Again a chat to our staff would have helped.

There's a restaurant on site. Public spaces have free WiFi. Holcombe Guest House also features a garden, laundry facilities, and a microwave in a common area. Self parking is free. This 4-star Barnetby guest house is smoke free.
