Thank you for your constructive Post-Stay review I will be personally be taking this back to my departmental managers to find out what happened and ensure training is carried out to prevent a repeat of this. Thank you for your constructive points overall I will follow up your comments about the restaurant both with the chef and the team.
Along with a restaurant and a coffee shop/cafe, there's a snack bar/deli on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. A computer station is on site, and both WiFi and wired Internet are free in public spaces. The business-friendly Audleys Wood Hotel also features a terrace, a garden, and a picnic area. Limited free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. This Victorian Basingstoke hotel is smoke free.
