The hosts were excellent, the room had everything we needed and the location was OK to walk into town. The decor is maybe a bit too twee and the breakfast could have been more substantial but the overall stay was very good.

This is a great B&B, I highly recommend staying here. Great location within easy walking distance (< 10 mins) of the main sights with free parking. Room was very nice, absolutely spotless, and a good size with a big comfy bed. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room with a nice touch of fresh milk provided in the fridge, plus an iPod docking station with Bluetooth connection to stream music from my phone. Delicious English breakfast served to the room in the morning at a time of your choosing completed an excellent night's stay! Will definitely stay here again if I return to Bath

great place to stay

Pros: Comfy,safe,convenient.parking.
Cons: tips in book,take city tour first to save on baths and museums,keep tickets as discounts visiting several places
Location: Near to city centre,restaurants and shops,parking fine,museums all in walking distance. Go to Jimmy's restaurant near train station.
The Bath house is a five minute walk to centre and all museums and attractions are close. The bedrooms are very well equipped and comfortable with a lot of nice touches ( including A/C .) bed Comfy and shower/bath excellent. Nice to have breakfast in your room every day which has a good choice and served at a time to suit yourself. Staff brill and parking a bonus. Catered well for my wife on a gluten free diet. Will return.

Good location

This was a very well located hotel, as I was working on the west side of Bath, but it was also five minutes walk into the historic centre, so handy for a tourist visit too. The room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Parking proved a bit of a challenge, as the only space left in the garage fitted a tiny car, but there are plenty of overnight street parking places nearby, if you can master the one-way system!
