So dirty. They state enhanced cleaning..... It was filthy, even breakfast tables dirty with ring marks and food from previous evening. Old milk marks in bedroom by tea making tray, cleaned with own antibac and tissue was filthy. Just gross in covid days. Didnt stay for breakfast as too dirty, what must kitchen be like, only nice bit was man in the breakfast room. Could be such a nice place as setting was nice. Just too dirty for us. Would never go back, should be ashamed of their non existent cleanliness!

Thank you for taking the time to place a review. we welcome all feed back wether negative or positive.you should have reported the room to reception or the owners as we do not expect rooms to be in this condition and unless reported to us we are unable to rectify this issue, also it is the responsability of the young man in the cafe for breakfast to ensure he is cleaning the tables between each guest, therefore i can only assume that the table you sat at had not been cleared from the previous guests as the food would not have been from the night before, also the breakfast chef ensures that the kitchen is always spotless therefore you do not need to worry about the kitchen as it is immaculate, we are sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us but, for us to rectify issues we need to be told straight away. Thank you, the waterfront lodges.

Great place and facilities. The lake and balcony feature is beautiful! Also love the animals outside - very cute. The room was super spacious, Alexa feature was fab. I had a great time. Only fault - but very minor was that the room could do with a bit more cleaning as the table was dusty/ lots of spiders on the walls! But I guess that’s the nature of the location! Otherwise - great place and good value for your money. Staff was super friendly and showed us around the room :)

Lovely little place with excellent rooms. The balcony overlooking the pond was lovely. A few downsides: 2 of the chairs were broken, lots of weeds growing up and around the balcony and the room was extremely dusty. It was clean so I think the dust was due to it not been used for a while during lockdown.

A lovely waterfront apartment with all mod cons. The staff were friendly and helpful. We weren't keen on all the electrics glowing in the night or the shower selector that you can't reach from the shower. Very peaceful and overall a lovely stay.

Thank you for taking the time to place a review, we appreciate that the lights dont suit everyone but the underbed lights are to save putting on an overhead light if having to get up at night and all the other such as headboard and pelmet lights can be turned off by alexa. The shower and bath button have also been put in a different location in the newer rooms.Other than this we are glad you enjoyed your time with us. Thank you from all at the waterfront lodges.
