I love this hotel however did have a minor issue around late checkout on this occasion witch wasn't delt with in a good manner. However lula who checked me in was awesome and a great front of house for the hotel.. if i can ask 1 thing. Please stop with the awful ineptitude response of.. "thanks for review ill pass on" no one likes it.. we spending hard earned money to stay with you. Much live good night

The breakfast was good. Although the bacon was a little dried up. It would be nice if you could pay in cash at the bar . We were not impressed with the lights on the pitch being on all night . And why cant you watch the football from your room. Doest make sense having windows looking onto the pitch.

Clean hotel and located just a short walk from the golden mile. Our room had a window that couldn't lock so reported but couldn't be repaired that day (these things happen). Overall I enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

I did not get to the spa and there were shops not too far. The only problem we had was on the second day someone barged into the room without knocking! We reported at the reception but still expecting a proper response to the issue
