We’re committed to an enhanced cleaning protocol which aligns with government best practice advice and been developed in partnership with experts in health and hospitality.
Here’s what we’ve do to clean and sanitise the space:
• We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
• Use approved products
• use disinfectants approved by global health agencies to help prevent the spread of COVID-19
• Follow expert guidance o protecting guests, our cleaners and ourselves

Protective equipment: We wear protective equipment, like a mask and gloves, while cleaning
Thoroughly clean: Each room is cleaned following extensive cleaning checklists
Washing & Sanitisation:
All bed clothes and towels are changed, washed at high heat for each stay
All cutlery and crockery are washed at high heat
All kitchen surfaces are washed and then sanitised
All high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs, cabinets and light switches are cleaned, sanitised
All tiled floors are washed, sanitised and dried use microfibre cloths
