I only met the reception staff and those serving breakfast and they were very nice. My husband was very annoyed that the knives were too blunt to cut his orange at breakfast time. His bad mood bothered me more than the knives bothered him! The TV was pixilating especially on the channels lower in the list. Mentioned it to reception when we left so didn't bother me too much. Mentioned also that the stair carpet had come loose but next time I came down the stairs it had been fixed. One of the lifts was out of action but I use the stairs anyway and my husband was able to use the other lift.

Really enjoyable stay at this hotel while visiting relatives in Bradford. Room was clean and comfortable with a lovely big shower. Also smelt nice and the window opened slightly to allow in fresh air, I hate that so many hotels you can't open the window. The breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold food, I don't eat meat but was able to have egg,tomato and beans from the cooked choice. The food was topped up and there were plenty of clean tables available. Best of all 24hrs parking was only £1.50 unbelievable! Will definitely choose this hotel when staying in Bradford again.

I have to wait half an hour. Everything one were check in but only me have to.wait , I didn’t understand maybe by different colour or ?. One lady staff was so rude, she said my room wasn’t available you have to wait but was waiting her she was checking in other customers. I get room after three attempts but room was so cold window not close properly. I could not sleep because of cold.
