Panto Break

Excellent two night stay as usual for our annual panto break. Room changed as wasn't as requested no problem i.e. wanted a walk in shower rather than a shower over the bath. Excellent location, will be back again soon.

It's a lovely hotel and lovely staff very clean and very good value money it's my second stay it's also in a great location for city centre plus really nice food but not the cheapest

Exceedingly disappointing stay. Completely ruined my perception of the chain hotel. Lack of towels, noise, dirt are completely unacceptable for a supposed 4* hotel. In all honesty, don't expect your stay to exceed that of a Travel lodge.

Always a great experience at Jury's inn/leonardo. Staff are always very helpful. Check in wad straightforward and was also given a complimentary late check out.
