OK hotel if you get the room cheap. Don`t think its worth paying more than £40 a night. Staff is this hotel's biggest asset and free car parking. Hotel staff were great to be honest.

Good place to stay close to the city.

Friendly and helpful welcome. Room had everything you needed. Would stay here again.

Nice cheap hotel.

Pros: Cheap and clean

Cons: Decor throughout needs to be freshened up at the very least. Plumbing needs to be addressed and the floorboards needs to be fixed

Location: Quite a walk to the pier and seafront but then it's not advertised as being nearby. Preston Park is very calm and pleasant.

Nice cheap hotel. Very tired decor in place - bit of a rat run to get to the room and squeaky floorboards throughout. Annoying at night! I stayed mid week when it was reasonably quiet. Don't think I'd like to stay on a Friday/Saturday. The heated towel rail gurgled all night which caused a restless sleep. The food in the restaurant was perfectly good. and the service from the staff was great. Overall a cheap, clean and comfortable place to stay with a few minor niggles.

Good hotel for couple of nights stay over

Pros: Staff pleasant. Hotel clean. Just a short drive from Brighton pier & seafront.

Cons: Update some of the rooms & bathrooms.

Location: Great for visiting the Dome or places along the coast, like Hastings or peacehaven

Only stayed 1 night as we were visiting relatives. Only a few channels on TV. Bathroom looked a bit tired.
