Excellent location lovely clean pleasant stay right near Bude canel and only a few minutes walk into town and to beaches

Its position in Bude is excellent the staff are very helpful. The menu covers all tastes.

Lovely family hotel on Bude canal. Disappointing food both quality and service sandards. Receptive to complaints and assure they are addressing them. I do hope so as this could be a fabulous holiday destination.

Lovely hotel overlooking canal, minutes walk from
Pros:The friendliness of staff nothing was too much trouble. Cleanliness and location.
Cons:Nothing could be better
Location:Location few minutes walk from shops and beach. Good base for local area
From beginning to end our experience was excellent, welcoming staff , all staff were really friendly and attentive. Rooms were a generous size and exceptionally clean at all times, fresh towels as required. Food was excellent in main dining area with plenty of choice, all fresh and served hot. Bar staff were friendly and helpful. Grounds well maintained. Hotel itself overlooks large canal which has boating and pedelos on. Few minutes walk away from the sea, tourist information opposite. Pub next door. Local town few minutes walk away with good selection of shops. We got caught in a storm whilst out and about, housekeeping staff offered to dry clothes and left extra towels and tea and milk for us to warm up.
