I booked a standard room with two double beds. I had two single beds. I am epileptic and need a large bed in case of a night seizure. I was led to believe therecwould be a hot breakfast; it was a cold continental boxvwith a 'warm up' bacon sandwich.Little choice, poor quality. Apparently breakfast buffet is not available in July because of COVID; cooked is available in August...?? I have been misled by ebookers advertising; this is deceitful and wrong.

Good morning, Thank you for leaving a review. I recall it was myself that checked you in. First, please accept my sincere apologies that your expectations were not met with regards to the room type. As the third party booking had been booked as a non-specific room type, it was allocated to what we had available on the day of your arrival and unfortunately we had no double rooms available. I made sure I completed regular walks of the building past your room and kept the reception phone on loud incase you needed anything or suffered a seizure. I would kindly ask that you feed this back directly to the website you booked through to ensure your room preferences are sent through correctly next time. I also apologise if I wasn't clear enough with the breakfast offerings and recall you being a little upset about this at check-in. We do try to keep third party booking websites up-to date with the current offerings of the hotel, but as many aren't controlled by us we're unable to make sure they're all correct which led to the upset caused at check-in when I explained the offerings for the morning to you. When you are travelling back to Burnley again in the future, please reach out to me directly at the hotel so I can try make this right for you. It would be a shame if this difficult stay was the only experience you had of our Hotel. Kindest of regards, Ashley

A very good stay the staff helpful as usual. They listened and acted on request. The property needs to be maintained a bit better, broken chair in lounge area, bathroom floor cracked in room 110. Overall a good hotel and quality service for the cost of staying.

Close to junction 10 off the M65 well signposted

Pros: The freshness, staff friendliness,clean well presented Breakfast provided and the ability to eat in the restaurant in evening without having to go out
Cons: as to my stay nothing really just staff to remember to inform that you need to put your room key in the slot inside the door to activate the lights
Location: The location was good easy access to the M65 and into Burnley
I found the hotel very welcoming the staff very helpful booked in with a smile Room very pleasant parking top notch, Slight problem with lighting in room but resolved without a hitch very quick Having the ability to have a light bite in the evening brilliant would stay again in a heart beat

Good location for Burnley

We were given a disabled room, which wasn't a problem, but the pull out bed was very uncomfortable, the bathroom was a wet room so after having a shower you had to stand in 1cm of water to use the sink and toilet....this lasted until the room was cleaned as there was no mop etc. The breakfast was good but there was a dance exam going on so the area was packed with children and it felt like you had a audience whilst eating your breakfast. The worst thing was there was a very loud noise everytime someone turned the taps on in another room, which woke us up both mornings. Did report this to reception but the problem was still there the following day. We have stayed in this hotel before and it was OK just disappointing this time.

Very handy for several towns great staff

Stayed to visit burnley football club enjoyed the stay enjoyed lincoln city winning more. Nice staff very clean
