First room overlooked a concrete flat roof and was very small. Asked for another which was slightly larger with a view of the car park and annexe rooms. It had a very.musty smell. Definitely not worth the £130.

Room was ok but only booked as stated family hotel with pool, but found out when checking in pool was only available to children at set times which wasn’t stated while booking, also only booked as parking is included which is limited and wasn’t any available when returning in the evening due to it being a party venue, the party itself wasn’t a problem as our room was away from the noise but unfortunately wasn’t the best of rooms-something I’ve learnt to expect when booking through hotels.com, scaffold outside the window due to building works which wasn’t mentioned when booking, shame it is a lovely hotel with nice staff

Lovely warm room. Breakfast could be better at a 4 star There’s so much to improve for the dining. Parking is great but can be a struggle if there’s hotel events Kudos to Bozena! She’s very attentive and helpful.

Breakfast was a shambles unfortunately. Not enough seating, very tight space, people tripping on each other and squeezing past each other spilling hot coffee and food on plates. Not ideal. The spa was extremely small and dated - not to mention the showers were absolutely useless. The water pressure was non existent resulting in queues to use the shower and us eventually just going back to our room to shower - not ideal when you're cold and wet!
