Convenient location just outside the city, which was walkable. Plenty of parking. Clean room and bathroom. Decent choice of meals. Good freshly cooked to order breakfast. Friendly staff. Correctly rated 3 star hotel. Excellent value for the money we paid.

Lovely weekend stay at hotel Victoria

Staff were very friendly and accommodating Rooms were clean and comfy We had breakfast included which was lovely and a nice selection….we ate in the restaurant in the evening and could not fault it one bit Would definitely stay again if in the area 😊

This was our second stay at this hotel and it was as good as the last. We stayed 3 nights. Room and bathroom really clean. Staff were all friendly, attentive and helpful at check-in, breakfast and dinner. Easy parking and walk in to town is easy.

The family room we got was much smaller than the photo shown when I booked. The room was really tired and cramped for our family. The towels looked like they were already used.

Excellent stay

Really good location for direct walk 20 min into centre. Friendly helpful staff and really good customer service. Especially the reception and restaurant. Breakfast was very good. Rooms clean and comfortable and quiet.

Extremely basic and run down. Service was ok on check inn but went to bar and no one there to serve us so we left. The one bedrooms TV didn’t work due to aerial cable damaged, mattresses very hard and uncomfortable.

Whilst the building seems a tad outdated you cannot fault the friendliness of the staff & including the breakfast excellent value for money. Was a bit further to the town than anticipated.

Very friendly staff and warm welcome. Easy parking and restaurant on site. It is set back from busy road but not too noisy. About 15min walk to Canterbury Cathedral. Very good value
