Somerset stay

Lovely hotel. Looks newly refurbished. Room was very cosy and the air conditioning unit was a nice touch. The staff were even able to accommodate our early departure and still provide a very tasty breakfast.

Excellent Hotel, Really Nice Staff and great value

We booked this hotel for 2 adults, 1 toddler ans 1 baby as Chard is in close proximity to Lyme Regis. The hotel didn't disappoint, it has private parking, the staff we're really friendly and welcoming, the room we had was really modern and comfortable and the breakfasts provided were really nice set in a really nice calming restaurant environment which we all really appreciated.

Beautiful rooms, great food and quiet location.

Pros: Food, cleanliness, freindly staff.
Cons: Beds a little too soft.
Location: Quiet town street. Good for a visit to Lyme Regis. Not much to do in Chard.
met by the lovely owner and shown to our room which was upgraded to the best room (Hollywood) free of charge. Large with a huge bathroom and all very neat and tidy. We ate dinner in the restaurant and could not fault it. a fusion of asian and british classics. Highly recommend the Beef Rendang. Breakfast was one of the best cooked English I have had.
