Good Afternoon, Carl We have spoken to our night porter that was on duty. and checked our cctv cameras throughout the hotel. Our maximum adult capacity for our double rooms are 2 adults per room or one adult for our single rooms. We have seen you unfortunately decided to break Hotel policy and invite up to several unregistered guest into your room. Breaking our fire rules and regulations which caused our staff members to intervene and letting you know this was against hotel policy. However, you and your guest got into a heated discussion with our staff member which caused us to call the police to defuses the situation. As this was disturbing other guest in the building. We do have to let you know we do not tolerate abuse to staff members or any of our hotel guests. Due to this you will no longer be able to return to this hotel. As for the room key every guest that unfortunately loose the key will have to pay a charge to replace the key.Regards
