Lobby and bar have been refurbished but rooms are so dated and lack the facilities expected. NO PLUGS BY THE BED!

It was a good hotel for being in town But the traffic noise was a bit annoying And it was very hard to cross the road outside the hotel as there was no crossing Otherwise we had a lovely stay with a good breakfast

Hotel revisited

Pros: Close proximity to local hospital, restaurants and bars

Cons: -

Location: Close to a leisure park and the Peak District

Stayed at the Hotel Ibis Chesterfield Centre (Market Town) for the umpteenth time due to my work stint at the local NHS hospital. Again, for the competitive price on offer, faultless stay at this budget hotel.
