Quiet location right by beach

Pros: Food and location
Location: Quiet when we were there-October-but guess it's busier in summer. We visited NT places, Needles, Quarr abbey, Ventnor botanic gardens and Bembridge.
A great hotel - very warm welcome, excellent food, doors straight out to side passage and down to beach was fantastic for taking the dog out.

Very dated

Very dated. Desperately in need of a facelift. Very chipped avocado bathroom suite so if you like authentic 70s look, this is the place for you. Bedroom full of spiders (6) hanging from ceiling. Not a place I would want to revisit.
