Lovely woodland setting. Good parking outside. Polite and helpful staff. Free WiFi. Powerful walk in shower. Plenty of power points. Large screen TV on wall. Fan provided. Would have liked a hand towel as well as bath sheet. Limited choice in restaurant for dinner. No continental option for breakfast. Overall, good value for money.

We only stayed 5 hours after a late flight arrival at 01:00am. Whilst they don’t have a 24 hour front desk they accommodated our 02:00 arrival for a small extra premium. Third time we’ve stayed and will stay again

Great hidden gem for airport stay

Stayed here for one night as i had work the next day early on. Easy and friendly check in. Teams who run the hotel are fantastic. WiFi issue, sorted straight away by the receptionist and even came to my room to inform me. Top notch service. Food was really tasty nice burgers and milkshakes! The mattress on the bed is a bit hard for my liking, took a few turns to get to sleep, but the room otherwise was very clean and well equipped! Would stay again!

It was a good short stay, the parking was reasonably priced but we didn’t end up using it our car broke down. We ended up at the hotel really late and the staff were very accommodating so thank you. Would choose the hotel again for a short stay.

Beautiful grounds from the front but thats where the nicestiea end. Shabby room. Very uncomfortable bed. Furnture shbby. Parking situation for a large vehicle not possible.there are other places for the same price locally that are much nicer

The reason I booked this Hotel was because it is only 3 minutes drive from the Purple Parking site and so is ideal for an early morning flight from Gatwick.

Property is very Good, Parking also good ,Room service is ok , Location is very good and calm and quiet , Very near to Gatwick airport . Problem is the Restaurant inside the Hotel is working only after 4 Pm on a normal day and full day on Saturday and Sunday .Room Heater was not working that day .
