Stayed here a few times before and can honestly say the standards have dropped dramatically, there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in the room and dust everywhere, doesn't look like there has been any cleaning done in ages. Despite temperatures reaching the high 20's the radiators on the stairway were on making it even hotter. Not happy at having to pay £5 per day to park my car, it used to be free. Food at breakfast is mediocre and coffee in the machine is truly awful. Don't think we will be staying here again.

Suitable for our needs

We needed an overnight stay before our holiday at Wrenbury, and this was ideal. There was a park close by, where we went for a pleasant walk with the dog, and a local pub, where we had nice evening meal. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was good value. Only problem was a noisy touring football team were staying in the hotel at the same time, and were noisy late into the night, and talking loudly on their phones under our window

Easy checkin and check out.

Pros: Early Check in
Cons: No bath or shower basin. As a result, when you bathe water splashes everywhere.
Arrived early and was able to checkin straightaway. Staff are nice and responsive. The heating may need adjusting and you need to turn it up if you are cold. Leave it on all day else you may come back to the room and its cold. (This was in Jan) Basic breakfast comes with your room but anything cooked will be paid for. Overall its ok for you if you need to do business in Crewe and you are after a basic room.

Nice for overnight stay.

Pros: Minimal décor and feel. Nice clean and modern bathrooms. Good central location. Free parking.
Cons: Not sure considering the price.
Location: Good central location. We were up for a party in Haslington so didn't do anything else in the way of sightseeing.
Pleasant friendly staff. Check in easy and quick. Staff informative and helpful. Comfortable for overnight stay. Nice breakfast included in price. Evening meal (not included) was ok reasonably priced but not great! Nice red wine though.
