Comfy, spacious rooms, cleanliness was excellent, lobby-restaurant-bar very nice decorated, very clean and convenient! Breakfast was fine and very well priced. We really enjoyed our stay. However, there is a little complaint which refers to smoking area, although this goes for almost every hotel, airport, public space in the UK. Smoking area should be a covered space with a few seats or a table as well. In this hotel there was a space outside the restaurant with a few tables that could be used by smokers although not covered. I think it's easy to find a way to serve smokers as well and treat them like human beings that we are.

Nice hotel, with good staff - They even advised me that they had a large group booked in the restaurant at a specfic time, so would be best to avoid that time. (Turned out to be a coach full of american students, so glad I did)
