I loved the location! The room was beautiful, great facilities and little touches, iron, ironing board hairdryer. Staff extremely helpful and checking in and out was very swift and efficient. Only 2 very minor things for me, a fixed shower head but no shower cap to avoid hair getting wet and no anti-slip mat in bath but that aside it was perfect! Highly reccommend!

Stay for work

I have been staying in this hotel for the past 2 weeks and Booked an executive double this week (14/5/17)which means bottles of water everyday, fruit basket renewed every day, dressing gown and slippers supplied . Arrived Sunday night none of the above was In my room. Spoke to reception they said I should of had it but nothing they could do that night but tomorrow it would be in the room. Still nothing on Monday again apologised and said tomorrow. Did have it Tues, Weds but Thursday no water or even milk in room. Ive booked again for next week lets hope its there this time. The reception and bar staff are very polite and always try to help .

Good location but that's about it

Sorely disappointed with this flagship hotel. Nowhere near 4 star. No parking left onsite, so had to park on a side street a walk away from hotel. Staff rude and unhelpful and so-called upgrade rooms were not up to scratch - heating couldn't be turned off, so room was stifling hot, shower temp couldn't be moved so water far too hot, hotel very noisy, to name but a few. Good location
