Dear Guest,I apologise if the noise during your stay bothered you; since we are located in an industrial area, there is often passing traffic to nearby businesses. I am also unhappy to learn that the room's cleanliness fell short of our regular standards. Our housekeeping supervisor has received your comments, and she will handle them right away.While I agree with you that our hotel could use a facelift, we do our best to make up for it with a fantastic workforce that is always willing to ensure your stay is enjoyable.I'm hoping you will give us another try by booking a stay with us so we can prove that your unpleasant experience was an exception.
