Beautiful property but Could be so much better. This was the longest check in we experienced arrived at 12.30 we’re told room not available , after one hour returned still not ready , after another hour checked again and eventually said was ready . We were not happy with the room as wasn’t as per photos shown on website , booked a feature room and received no feature room ! A basic modern room that didn’t have anything to do with the property shown in pictures . A mixture of furniture and decor that were not matching. It was our birthday and messaged in advanced to ensure will get the right room …also no attention to detail , like a birthday card or chocolate considering communicated the special event ! Also we asked for turn down service at 8 pm and that was missed .the spa we enjoyed although we were asked to leave at 8.20 , didn’t realise it closed at 8.30 . Breakfast was served 7.30 -10.30 but at 9.45 there were very few leftovers in the buffet …the full English we ordered was very nice , although everything seem to take so long … we were never asked how our stay was so had no opportunity to address our disappointment . Beautiful estate with some attention to detail and quicker services would be unforgettable .

Absolutely wonderful!
