This was a lovely property for a quick stay. The owner/manager contacted me by text with information for check-in and even stayed a little later to greet us. Parking is spacious & useful on a particularly busy road. The property was in a good location. It appears to be a converted building and the room we stayed in was small, unusually organised and many items were broken. The headboard, chair, and sink plugs to name a few items. The bed was very clean and comfortable. The rooms we had access to all had smart TV's. The room my son and I slept in smelt of stale smoke which was not pleasant. As there was no 24 hour desk there was no-one to discuss this with. Breakfast was served a little late but was well presented and cooked correctly. A mixed review
