We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, the food was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. From start to finish we felt well looked after, and there was honestly nothing we could fault. We have already booked for September before getting the ferry, just hoping for better weather this time— keep up the great work!

After arriving back in the UK after a few years this was perfect. It is comaratively well priced for a Hilton and had I investigated the pricing over the following weeks, I would have stayed for longer than three nights. The sauna is good, beds exeptionally comfortable and the restaurant is very good and extremely well priced. I am used to paying more than double in most European countries for the same fare. The staff are all so good, well informed and pleasant that it is humbling, in a way. Such a wonderful thing after not interfacing with British people for so long. I do not merely reccomend you stay here but I command it, or I shall track you down!!

The hotel was grubby. The staff were lovely however and the breakfast was good. The room wasn’t great. No storage and the curtains didn’t fit well so light poured into the room. Shower door wouldn’t shut. Sink plug hole got stuck. Had to ask 3 times for towel. Had to ask twice for toilet paper. Spa was also grubby with no locks and no towels. Positives were the breakfast and the staff.

Impressive checkin service, great dining option at reasonable prices topped off with. Great big comfy bed and amenities. Breakfast was different as I was asked for name rather than room number and my leaving luggage was put safe so I didn’t clutter the dining room. Food has been excellent and what you’d expect from a MPW menu. Step above wher I usually stay at the sister hotel in Dover.

My partner and I have stayed for a few nights over New Year’s Eve. The initial room wasn’t so great but after we complained we was treated and given the best room in the hotel! The management team are 10/10 and by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Thank you again we will certainly see you again soon
