When we came to check in, there was no one at the desk for a long time and there were three other people waiting before us for service. The cleaning procedure was a surprise, I didn't know it cost extra just to have the room primped up. towels was not the issue, I don't require clean towels every day. But the one day we did request cleaning, we didn't get clean towels. this was nearly five days into our stay and we were going to be out overnight for a tour to the highlands.

Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly. Bed huge and comfy. A great room to relax in after a busy day in the centre. Really well located, especially for the museum. We couldn't have asked for more!

Very upscale hotel. Nice ambiance. Good: I stayed a junior sweet so the room has a good size. Bed mattress is not too firm not too soft, comfortable. Plenty of hot water to fill a very nice tub. The shower space is big, good water pressure. Convenient location. Bad: the tub was very dirty when we moved in. I had to ask them to scrub it. AC/heater was acting weird, got hot and cold alternating between. Entry way is big and spacious in the room but kind of waste of spaces. No dining area in the room . Toilet configuration is strange - heater is right front of toilet so couldn’t stretch legs.
