Ideal location. Staff very helpful and communicative. Having a washing machine was so crucial! Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Surroundings felt very safe, and so many things were within walking distance. Would stay here again for sure!

The room was not air conditioned, we received a fan to cool down the room, also we did not had a hot water for three whole days. They did fix the issue and gave us a discount from the total bill. Hotel is in a great location! You get a good deal with pre paid breakfast.

The rooms were really great, each kne was a two-bedroom suite with a full kitchen, dishwasher, and laundry. The bathroom was spacious and in excellent condition. The beds were comfortable. The location of ghe hotel is super convenient for exploring Edinburgh and going to other places by trains and buses. It is right on the Royal Mile near the Castle. On the other hand, our hotel building was behind the main one. It is quieter than the ine facing the Royal Mile. There are many great dining options around. The rooms were prices reasonably. Their quality exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location of our hotel was perfect, in the centre of the Royal Mile. Even though we faced the street, in was quiet. The church bell was silent between 10pm -7am. Staff were wonderful and very attentive. A few deficiencies... because storage is so tight, c couple of coat hooks at the entry would be very useful. Practically no storage for clothing and nowhere to store our luggage was unfortunate, as they were always open and in the way.

I loved this hotel. We stayed at Room/aparment 414 which is a 2 bedroom with kitchen and living room and it was just wonderful. The hotel is beautiful and is located in the Royal Mile near everything. It has a restaurant in its premises and bars, shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. Staff was great and very helpful with everything from tour reservations to taxi calling. We loved it there.

We stayed in a Luxury One Bedroom with Alcove. The room was spacious and came with washer, fridge, hob & oven. However, I was very disappointed that the room did NOT have a microwave.
