Our reservation wasn’t registered with reception. They made every effort to accommodate and then upgraded us to Rm113 a deluxe double. From start to finish the staff were impeccable and polite. Customer service in large hotels that is very rare these day. Breakfast was well cooked and nicely presented. Thank you Team Runnymede

Unfortunately we checked in and the room given to use was not right for a baby and pushchair. We changed to another room which was incorrect as was then given a single room. Third time lucky we had a good room

Relaxing Break

Pros: The whole relaxing ambiance. Food was superb
Cons: Just a couple of things, a loose tile in the bathroom & our fridge did not work but it did not stop our enjoyment
Location: Loads of walks,cycling routes, boat rides all from the hotel.
We stayed for 3 nights All the hotel staff were very helpful & friendly, it is a lovely relaxing setting with our room overlooking the thames. Lovely countryside walks but very close to all tourist sights . We have stayed here before & will come back in the future

Relaxing weekend lazing by the river

Refurbished to a high and classy standard, this hotel was very comfortable, the service received from all staff was outstanding (which I haven't said about a hotel for a very long time) and the food was good quality. Really enjoyed the choice at breakfast. Already planning to return here soon.
