A very pleasent stay. Clean & friendly stay. Good food, nice bar & very helpfull staff. Kim & Tom in the resaurant were great, Diane on reception was wonderful and helped my wife with out after the Ultra marathon left her needing an ice pack Manager? Steve was just so welcoming & helpful throughout our stay, advising on spots to watch the Marathon & nearby pubs & shops. Will stay again.

Had a great 2 day stay in Ellesmere Port. Staff were brilliant and very helpful at all times. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice and eat as much as you like. We also had dinner in the hotel which was very good. We attended a show at the Civic Centre which is only 5 minutes away. The weather was very good for us and we spent some time exploring the area and sitting on the bank of the Manchester ship canal. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Breakfast was fine, 3rd stay and this is the first time we have been told about exchanging children wristbands for a drink crisps or chocolate and the first time the children were given food to feed the ducks which they loved.
