The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The thermostat in the room was not connected to the unit. The room was cold till I figured out that I could adjust the temp on the unit panel. The balcony did not have chairs. We were charged for parking even though the website said it was free.

My room had a moldy smell to it. I did not eat the breakfast. I wasn’t sure if it was continental or I had to pay for the breakfast. It was never expressed to me and my husband. I didn’t like the placement of the hotel. there was nowhere to walk to. We had to order a Uber to dine out. I also did not like the $50 charge because it did not express that when I ordered the room through the Internet, so that was a shock when I was told I had to pay an additional $50. I also did not like the cost of water 345 dollars for a bottle of water is absurd. Would I ever stay at the hotel in Fort Lauderdale now because of the convenience was not where I would like to be when staying on vacation

The room needs upgrading. The ceiling is stained. The enamel on the toilet is peeling. There is no breakfast included. For $200 a night there could be some breakfast. The staff wasn’t very friendly. It was just a bad experience.
